Konkona was born on 3rd December 1979 in New Delhi. She was raised in Kolkata which is also her hometown. She completed her schooling from different schools in Calcutta. Firstly, she was admitted to the Modern High School for girls, and then she passed out of her secondary school from the Calcutta International School. She moved to Delhi to complete her collegial education. Sen Sharma has a degree in English from the St. Stephen’s College of New Delhi.
